Hello.
I have a single user license of the PST Creator. I have had to re-archive the user since their mailbox has grown since the license was purchased.
When I try to use this new archive with the PST creator, it only shows up as Trial mode.
Why is this?

It appears, re archived account failed to meet conditions used in the license file. We have sent direct email about additional information to troubleshoot.
