I'm trying to use File Assistant and when I run it on a new item, it asks me for the folder but when you run it, it doesn't move any items but it does appear to be doing something (thinking I guess). Does anyone have any suggestions?

Just want to make it clear, this post is referring to free Cool Solution applet (http://www.novell.com/coolsolutions/tools/14061.html) not the Advansys Filing Assistant solution (http://advansyscorp.com/formativ_sol_filing_assistant.htm).
