I'm trying to launch the quick proxy rights program. After I choose the groupwise address book I get a box that says Reading Entries. Please wait. This has been sitting on this screen for about 2 hours now and counting. How long should I expect to wait?

We haven't had any report about this issue and unable to reproduce the behaviour in-house.

- Which version of the GroupWise client you are running (See Help - About GroupWise)?
- Can you reproduce the behaviour in another machine/account?

Optionally, you can enter proxy User ID to the edit box, you can view the User ID from the Address Book. Select a user, choose Details from right mouse context menu, Advance Tab and view User ID. You can also add User ID to the Address Book column view.
