I'm trying to run the migration utility with GroupWise v7.03 build 1294 and Outlook 2003. Whenever I run the migration utility, I get an error saying that the utility can not find Outlook. I open Outlook and everything is fine. I checked the MAPI settings and Outlook does ask me to choose a profile so that is correct. Any ideas? At my wits end.

We haven't had any report about this specific issue.

Do you see choose a profile selection dialog when running the solution or the error message appear when you start? Please see the following thread for known issues (i.e. MAPI settings, make sure Outlook client not running, etc):

The behaviour could be environmental, can you re-produce it another machine? If the problem persists, you may need to re-install the Outlook client.

Hope this helps. Let us know how you go.
