I loaded the Outlook Migration tool and ran it with no apparent problems. When importing the contacts, I choose the setting to create defined fields in GroupWise for unsupported Outlook fields. However, only Name, Email Address and Phone number came over from the Outlook Contacts List. Is there anything I can do to get all the fields to import over? Thanks in advance for your help...

Thanks for reporting this problem, which I believe has not been reported previously.

Unfortunately the project engineer who has expertise with Contacts Migration is on vacation until early February. It could take some time to determine the cause.

In the meantime, please send your Formativ configuration to support@advansyscorp.com. You can obtain the configuration by selecting Help | About Formativ... from the GroupWise main menu. When the About Formativ dialog appears, go to the Configuration tab and click the button Copy to clipboard. Then paste the text into your reply email (or save it to a plain-text file and include it as an attachment).

Personal Outlook Migration works with Outlook 2007. Our internal record indicate we have version 2.0.6 available, you can download latest version from here: http://advansyscorp.com/formativ_personal_outlook_migration.htm

Unfortunately, we are not clear about the issue. Could you please provide more information (i.e. screenshots, steps to reproduce) to support (support@advansyscorp.com).

Personal Outlook Migration does not support Outlook groups. If you have groups in Outlook Address Book, it will not migrated to GroupWise.

Hope this make sense.
